The latest round of pilot casting finds "Arrested Development" star Jeffrey Tambor taking another stab at sitcom success.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tambor will play a retired TV writer living in Hollywood's El Capitan apartment complex in "The Captain." Fran Kranz, JoAnna Garcia and Valerie Azlynn were previously cast in the project....
